Hi! I'm Natasha.
I grew up in a teeny, tiny town of less than a thousand people. I was raised Mormon. Close to half of all Mormon women are married by the time they are 19. So it's not really a surprise that I married at 18.
My husband and I are a little bit infamous in our town. You see, I was Mormon and he was not. Imagine something like The Little Mermaid and you'll have the right idea. Mermaids, I mean, Mormons don't marry Protestants. I rocked the boat even more by trading my fins for legs converting to Protestantism.
After my husband studied theology and philosophy I found myself sitting next to him in Catholic inquiry classes, just to see what this Catholic thing was about... we entered the church in April 2010.

I'm a mother to three amazing, frustrating, beautiful, hilarious little boys. I thought I was a good and patient person until they came along. They've grown and stretched me in ways I could never imagine. Motherhood is the most painful, beautiful, heartbreaking, heart-warming, soul-sucking, soul-growing, mundane, exciting, bone-wearyingly amazing thing I've ever done.
When I had spare time I loved to cook for people and to make them laugh. I loved long baths, reading books in a day and teaching myself how to knit.
I spend most of my days trying to find joy while homeschooling, attempting failing to clean my house, and keeping my youngest from screaming his lungs out, beating up his brothers, and destroying all the things.
Welcome to my blog!
